Non "Hover" menu ...

hey guys,

I am looking for a non hover menu similar to this one from 'Salomon" the ski people:

basically the OC default menu is a hover and shows content. I would like to see if there is an option to reveal content by clicking and then an "accordion" effect where the main content is shifted down.

Is there already an extension that does this? I have searched but I cannot find anything.
I need this as a menu only option not a full theme just the top menu.
