Radio for Members only

Hello OpenCart fans,

I want to create a Radio page that can be accessed ONLY from the Account page, meaning that people have to create an account in order to reach this page?

Like for example:
/store/index.php?route=account/newsletter

it would be
/store/index.php?route=account/radio

this would hopefully give an incentive for people to register with our store and listen to our radio, and maybe later buy from the store.

As you might know in marketing the first step is to gain confidence of the customer, so if he already has an account the purchasing step would look much easier for him.

I have to completely, disagree on your views, I work for a company that runs an enterprise level eCommerce platform (not based on opencart), if I attended a meeting tomorrow and made that suggestion I'd probably be sacked before the end of it.

You will not increase conversion rates by including gimmicks, you will if you focus on customer journey, decent promotions and presenting products better. Don't waste your time. If your customers want a radio they will turn one on.
