Wishlist for unregistered users

Hello everybody,

This is what I'm looking for:
I want to give to unregistered/not logged users the opportunity to add products into some kind of wish list (or whatever the name should be) and send it via e-mail to the administrator (with a second reminder email to the user).
I know that in this way there can't be any trace of it, the wish list won't be saved (since users don't have to be logged in order to send it) and it will be lost as soon as users leave the website, but this is just what my client wants.
Actually we developed this features in another website several years ago (and it seems to be well accepted by users), but it's not an OC website (neither an open source CMS) and we are not able (yet) to develope something similar for and OC website since we're not expert on this CMS.
Any help?
