New Look For Welcome Mod - Make it a design feature

So the welcome text module can look unsightly and break the look of your website. Why not tidy it away with this cool little mod. It creates a "Further Information" bar which is clickable and it hides/unhides the text.

Lets face it hardly anyone reads the homepage text but it has to be there for SEO purposes. So why not make a design feature out of it:
