uploaded extension, now what?

I have finally got VQMOD installed and uploaded my shipping extension http://www.opencart.com/index.php?route ... ce=message to the root of my shop, now what? where is it? :choke:

Running Opencart v3.0.3.9 with multi-stores and the default template from https://www.labeshops.com which has links to all my stores.

It depends totally on the extension which is why we said to contact the creator of it for help.
