How to calculate shipping cost based on option selecte

Hi all
Would appreciate support with a shipping question..

I would like to have shipping cost calculated based on the option selected.

Example:
Product X Small.......$0
Product X Medium.....$5
Product X Large.......$10

I can't use the weight based feature since my rates depend on size and weight as well as other things, so each items shipping cost needs to be entered manually

The site is www.totalfitnessmats.com a perfect example of a product with multiple options (with different shipping cost) is

as you can see, the bigger the product the more expensive the shipping will be

shipping adjusted by options would be a nice feature, +1

Why not just add the cost of shipping into the option price?
