Minimum order and tax collection

I am completely new to OpenCart. My version is v1.4.9.3. My questions... First, how can I set a minimum order amount? I want the minimum order to be $25. Second, how do I set tax to be charged only to customers from my home state? (Ohio)

How do you change the hyperlink on the bootom of the default theme for PayPal? It links to paypal.uk, I want it to link to paypal.com...

No. You only charge tax in your state. You only need to make 1 Geozone for Your state and create a tax class for that geozone

Yes, I understand that is the case for tax. My question is about shipping. I am only going to sell to the lower 48 states in the USA. Also, can the PayPal hyperlink on the default theme be changed?

Hi... Can I bump this topic... I would like to create a lower 48 shipping Geo Zone. Is there a way to add 48 states in the database so it shows up in the country or do I have to add 48 individual state to a geo zone. The issue I am running into is when I go back into the geo zone to add more states I get some blank field that once had a state in it. I am wondering if this is because I have so many entries in one Geo Zone?
