Is possible to clone the google_base feed and to have a google_base2 feed?

Yes, you would need to duplicate

admin/controller/feed/google_base.php
admin/language/english/feed/google_base.php
admin/view/template/feed/google_base.tpl
catalog/controller/feed/google_base.php

You would need to edit various code within those files, such as class names, references to settings data, etc

Make I ask why you want to clone google_base ?

to have another datafeed in different format
