uninstalling region/state

Hi I have a simple question how do i go about unistalling region/state complettly from opencart . I have no need what so ever for this and it may solve an issue im having in im getting a syntax error when registering ect.. . I thought a complete uninstall would solve my syntax error .

b.t.w the opencart is 1.5.4.1 with latest vqmod installed , ive seen one post regarding sweeden but this is for a earlier version of o.c ,

Where though? Main registration? Checkout registration? Are you going to even give us the earlier version so I can help you? When we have the version we will direct you to the proper files.

I'm with the same problem on 1.5.4.1. The Region/State does not work. How do you solve it?
