I am trying to find the file to be able to change the names in the footer. I still want to be able to use them but I want to change the names around of Delivery Information, About Us, Terms & Conditions. I also wouldnt mind knowing what tpl file it would be to alter it for custom fields would be nice.
in admin goto catalog > information you can set the sort order for each information page which will change the order they appear in the footer.I still want to be able to use them but I want to change the names around of Delivery Information, About Us, Terms & Conditions.

to change the name of the information pages in the footer in admin go to catalog > information edit the page you want to change, this is where you change the name or other information for the footer information links
