Tips 1:
Prepare your logo for embedding into QR Code with Art QR Code (AQC) module

The QR Code generate with AQC is 450px X 450px.
So your logo image should not bigger than this dimension. and it is important your logo should should NOT cover more that 30% of a QR Code. To be more safer, I will say it should not more that 25%.

Here is an example logo, an 450x450 png image with transparent background.

Purches this extension. When I go to Extensions->Modules->Edit I get this error (OC 1.5.1.3)

Hi firepatches,

Could you please check what PHP version you are running.

The DateTime function requires PHP v5.2+.
it would not run in PHP 4, 5.0, or 5.1

I am about the release a fix for this issue soon.

Hi firepatches,

the first error is Art QR Code conflicts with your other VQMode openstock.
I have fixed this for you. No more errors.

The second problem is due the the directory permission. I also fix that for you.

Art QR Code is working on your website now.
however, your logo is to big. It covers the whole QR Code.

Added option to rotate your QR Code

It can be rotate in clockwise or anticlockwise direction now.

There are however two important points to note here.

One, while choosing colors for your QR Code, make sure that the contrast between the light and dark areas is strong else the QR Code reader won’t be able to decode it.

Second, once you have added a logo image to the QR code, always test it before publicizing.

I recently installed Art QR Mod onto my OC version 1.5.6.2 store. I uploaded the entire contents of the upload folder to the store directory. The install instructions then ask me to activate the module by going to extensions > modules > and clicking activate for 'Art QR Mod' however Art QR Mod is not showing up. Why is this?
