Customizable Customer Groups

I don't know if this extension exists but I am unable to locate one. My website is specific for beauty products and because we deal with licensed technicians as well as the general public, I'm looking for an extension that forces a "license #" requirement for new accounts. As of right now all I see are tax id and company id options, but I'd really like to be able to add more specifics for different customer groups. If anyone has seen something like this, please let me know!! thanks!

Have you thought about changing the Tax ID to say License #?

You can modify the language files to change the text so it looks like the license number. Behind the scenes it is still stored as a Tax ID, but the customer wouldn't know this.
