Depending on where you wish to put the item, you would just edit that template file and add the image in where you want it.
Example, if you wanted it on the product page, then edit the following file:
catalog/view/theme/yourtheme/template/product/product.tpl
If you wanted it on one of the product modules, you would edit:
catalog/view/theme/yourtheme/template/module/
