Hi All, hopefully someone can help.

Joomla 1.5
Ace shop 1.4.6
Open cart 1.5.1.3

Just getting set up with the new shopping cart. In payments, Paypal Standard is enabled (for paying with paypal) and so is Paypal Website Payment Pro (for paying with credit cards). The people who check out with their paypal account get hit with shipping twice. The first charge is the UPS shipping calculating it correctly, the second charges appears to be a flat rate based fee from paypal.

The funny thing is, on the invoices that are generated through open cart, it does not reflect this. But when you look at the customer's paypal invoice through paypal.com, you can see where it added the second charge (please see my attachments).

I've looked around and paypal and can't figure out how to combat this, I'm not sure if it's something wrong set up there, or something i've set up wrong in open cart.

I would also love it if someone could tell me how to globally change the dates to reflect how we do it in the US (month, date, year) versus abroad (date, month, year).

Thanks so much!

Check in Paypal itself - there is a setting somewhere in it where you can turn off shipping. Dont' remember where - I can never find anything in their settings :P

Running Opencart v3.0.3.9 with multi-stores and the default template from https://www.labeshops.com which has links to all my stores.
