the order cannot send mail to admin e-mail address

I had try D77 solution, but is not work on 0.7.7
When the customer buy the product use the COD, then had not send the mail to admin e-mail address.
Can someone help, I cannot fix this problem

there was code somewhere to add bcc to the email - so that email is sent to admin too

it worked for me. I did not add the whole file - just copied the lines that he changed to both mail.php and other places that he mentioned
