Admin Edit Order Extension 1.5.2 Support

Hey all. I am not very good at this kind of thing anyways i have installed this extension into their right folders etc then it has asked to:

UPGRADE instructions:
controller/sale/order.php has 2 unpadded functions:
addproduct()
productoptions()
these are commented so you can easily just cut and paste them over the top of the old functions if you don't want to replace the whole file.
the template .tpl files have changed as well.

Can anyone tell me what this means or where i can change the functions.
