Import XML from TechData

I have posted up a project on FreeLancer...If someone here can help, we know we need a custom module..

We need a programmer that can work with "OpenCart" We are looking for a custom module in PHP/Mysql that will work with TechData’s XML/API. We need to import their category, products, Images, detail information (weight for shipping). When we do the import, we need a global setting for allowing us to tack on a % to our prices, to mark it up. Also we need the App to be able to do updates as in fetch new items, update prices and categories, images etc….
We need the configuration to where when a customer orders from our site, The address and information (that the customer put) is automatically inputted to the TechData account as an order from us(Drop Ship). So the process will be drop shipping and TechData will automatically send it to the customers address. We will collect the customers address when they sign up., we bill them and…. Once all the info is submitted to TechData, the APP will go out to TechData’s API and pull the Shipping info, and update the cart system.
