Consult the developer of the tool. If you run in to a dead end then perhaps we can assist you.

The developer requests that you place support requests on the forum.

I think it is to enable him to answer faster and to share the outcome with other users :)

Tell the developer that he needs to grow a brain, and perhaps not be so lazy as to pawn off his customers to a forum that has nothing to do with his extension;) Especially if you paid for the extension.

I assume you can not help then. You could have just said so. The extension is free by the way.

I would happily pay for one if I could get hold of anyone who could build one. Yes I have tried asking before

I can help. I was just passing along a little advice for your developer. That's shotty customer service.

However, your error:

This happens if you are running a local webserver like xampp and the database gets corrupted. nothing you can do but restore the db from a backup or blow away that table and re-add it

Okay,. Then try doing a little at at time. Don't do all at once.

The way that the developer has written the mod. It can only install all in one go or not at all

Exactly. The developer should know MYSQL if releasing such a mod. The error "could" be contributed to a lack of space upon importing, or there could actually be a contaminated table like I said before.
