Options for Options....

I have a situation that I can't figure out or find a module to. Here's the scenario:

I'm selling t shirts and I have a rainbow of colors. However, not all colors are available in All the sizes. I have created the Sizes and Colors options but what I want is to be able to Not include all the Sizes in all the Colors.

For instance:
White is available in S, M, L, X-Large, 2X-Large, 3X-Large, 4X-Large and 5X-Large
Red is availabe in S, M, L, X-Large, 2X-Large, 3X-Large but not in 4X or 5X.

How can I limit the size selection on the product page for certain colors or am I going to have to have someone create a module for that?
