Site size (1024X768, et al)

I have a complaint from several people who have viewed the store, it is center aligned and thus they have to horizontal scroll to see the cart.

Can anyone tell me where I can change the general alignment of opencart and change it left align?

What browser are they using?

Works fine for

IE6, IE7, IE8, Firefox, Chrome, Opera, Safari, etc..

Nah, this is already a known issue with 1024x768.

Both IE8 and Firefox 3.x...and I am not talking about 1024x768, I am saying in general, where would I be able to change the site size and alignment.
