Eight minutes after one of our orders was changed to Completed, it was changed to order_status_id = 0. Obviously this doesn't exist and OpenCart effectively removed it from the admin area (it was still in the database).
It would be nice if order's could not be saved to statuses that don't exist.
It would also be nice if the status changes were tracked associated with the user that made the change.
I apologize if this has been mentioned before, but searching for "opencart order_status_id 0" wasn't very effective.
