I want to Down/Upload my OpenCart database so I can populate products in Excel. I host at BlueHost. What utility (i.e., phpMyAdmin) do I use to Down/Upload my products database, and which file(s) need to be downloaded so that I can populate database?

Login to your hosting cpanel.
Find phpmyadmin.
Choose your database name, and above you can found "export" tab.
Thick CSV for MS Excel or Microsoft Excel 2000 export option.
And then click "Go"

Your database will downloaded.

Check out Heidisql. It's free and works great for managing mysql databases. It gives you the capability of backing up entire databases or tables to file or you can backup to a local or remote backup database. Just make sure you do a full database backup to file before you start transferring files back and forth.
