Simple question - Payment module that shows custom text

So, I wanted a payment module where I could just give the customer instructions on how to pay, like a custom text field!

Any ideas on how can I do that?

Just edit one of the existing payment gateways taking out all the calls and echos and things and put in the info that you want...
