Request for Bid on custom Template

Sorry if this is not the proper forum for this. I did not see any type of "market" forum.

We need someone to build us a new site based on opencart. We currently use Joomla for our other website and would like to keep the look and feel the same. Our layout looks much like www.untangle.com, so you can check that out for ideas.

We simply need a site for people to purchase a network appliance that we sell. So they must be able to select one of three models and then add options to each model. I was unsure if opencart can do this type of "product builder". We tried it with Joomla/Virtuacart but it can not add options to build a final config or price.
