Hi all,

I am not sure if anyone has asked this before, but I am sure someone must have done it if you are getting a decent amount of orders.

Essentially what I want to do is select a batch of orders and print them all into one pdf file for easy printing.

This will save me having to open up each order and print the invoice...

Any help/advice greatly appreciated!

You can already do this (at least on 1.5.3.1) Just tick the box next to each order under Sales>Order and then click print invoice at the top right of the screen.

On mine it does not put them into a PDF???

It just seems to stack them on top of each other, and they dont print out on seperate sheets?

If you want to actually create pdfs then do as victorj says but if you just want to print them out then print them from the page where they are all shown in one list. It will print each one on a new sheet/page.

To check this just use print preview. You will sea each invoice on a new page.

Hello,
I have to deal with batch printing of around 1000s of PDF and DOC files daily. I use Print Conductor which is a superb print management software and so easy to use.
Download and Try it at http://www.print-conductor.com/download/
