Category and Sub-Category Sorting

As noted here http://forum.opencart.com/index.php/top ... ml#msg3198 the category listing is not in the correct order. I had recently raised this as a bug and attached a fix.

I though I would make a note of it here too so that anyone who would like to use the fix as-is, and/or extend it to solve the problem mentioned in the above link, can do so. I plan to apply it to this problem too but have not done so yet.
