As the title suggests just a simple vqmod that skips the links that have sort order set to -1. If the page is still enabled you will still be able to get to it, it will simply not appear in the module menu.
Not so far as I know, Q has a CMS mod that does this and other things though.

actually yes this option has been in the core since I think 1.4.8 if you set the sort order of an information page to -1 it will not show up in the information box, so I am a bit confused as to what this mod actually does.

The feature to allow for Information Page hiding on Footer in that way was removed prior to 1.5 for some reason. Thus making the VQMOD desirable.
