Hey Team

Just installed the multi store for my website: http://www.streetnpark.com 2nd store http://www.skateboarding.streetnpark.com

I've created categories for the second store and added some products and shared some products, it's looking good. But I've lost all my top menu items, thats fine because they were only relevant to the main site, but I can't create them on the new store.

The current ones are created through the CR2 menu module. Do I need to install a 2nd module? Can this be done?

I set all of the second store up from my android i9000 Samsung Galaxy so I may have missed something.

Cheers Rob

Did you remember to click on "top" for the categories you set up for the 2nd store?

Running Opencart v3.0.3.9 with multi-stores and the default template from https://www.labeshops.com which has links to all my stores.

No I did not remember to do that. I ticked the top this added the to menus of the main site to the new store, but that actually isn't what I want. I want new to menus (links to information pages).

Also I finally got the "category" to kind of work but it redirects back to the main site.

I really think I missed something here. I followed the instructions on the opencart website, but it doesn't explain part creating the store.

So can any one shed any light on my issues?

The only category that doesn't redirect then display "category doesn't exist" is the one that the category is also in the main store.

I have been googling for hours every day and looked through this forum with no results.

I created a subdomain called http://www.skateboarding.streetnpark.com that points to: /public_html/store

I have gone into the admin and added the new store:
storeaddress.png

And yet all it will display for any product not also listed in the main store is:
notfound.png

This is doing my head in, I've tried to check everything and nothing I do seems to fix it. If I try to change the template it doesn't work at all.

Checking the "top" for the categories did not give me the result I was after. it just imported the main store top menu items to the new store.

Skateboarders hate scooter riders thats why I need to separate them badly.

Any kind of help would be appreciated, I need to get this up and running because wholesalers are not selling to me until I get it sorted.
