anyone fancy upgrading mine

hi all does anyone fancy upgrading mine from 1.3.0 to 1.3.2 as im new to this and dont understand the instructions on here already i guess i have no chance or if you dont want to update give me step by step on how to do this
my webhost has simple scrips that puts it in for you but its still on 1.3.0 and i want to be able to put a bigger logo banner in or even use templates

so tell me how much wonger you want and if i like it i iwll pay with paypal only
or if you want to do it for free thats cool too
