Permission Denied! Help.

Hello,
i just uploaded the Weight-Based Shipping mod. and now get Permission Denied!
I followed the directions-
1) Upload all the files in the /upload folder to the root directory of your OpenCart installation  - ok
2) Open "weight_module_installer.php" to grant the admin user permissions to edit the module - ok (777)
3) Delete the "weight_module_installer.php" script - WERE WOULD THIS BE???
4) From the admin interface, go to Extensions > Shipping, and click "Insert" - ok
5) Enter these values to create the new module: ok

Extension Name: Weight Based
Description: Weight-Based Shipping

Code: weight
Directory: shipping
Filename:              weight.php
Controller: shipping_weight

6) Hit "Save" to insert the module - ok
7) Click the green "+" to install the module, and click the wrench icon to set the rate!
I do this and get the permission denied message

So I guess I have to Delete the "weight_module_installer.php" script??? In my ftp software I clicked on the file went to edit and saw Done! You must now delete this file: ".$_SERVER['PHP_SELF']."";

?>
Do i delete this line?

wow, almost 2 weeks and nothing...I guess I'll wait for magento to come out.
There forum has alot of movement for still being in beta.

I have no idea about that mod. But in general - adding extensions is quite complicated. It involves adding new controller, language file and template - in some cases for both admin and content. then you have to add that extension from admin extensions menu (in case of shipping - extensions/shipping) then have to go to admin/configuration/users/user goup and give permissions to Top Administator user to that extension (CTRL+click)
However - have no idea about this particular mod.

I had used the weight based shipping mod for a while .. Unfortunately, it does not work. I would suggest you use the zone based module.
