New account signup

Hi,

1. where can 'text_agree' be found in the language files?

2. How can I remove the 'required' parts of the new account signup?
For example, I have no need for the First name, Last name, Address, City etc. How do I eliminate them?

Right now, if I simply do not use them in the .tpl file, then on submitting the form I get 'Undefined index' errors on all the required fields. How do I cherry pick what fields are required?

Without looking, check the language/english/english.php file for the variable.

And for setting requirements on fields check the appropriate controller file for the validation routines.
