Edit the content of the online store

Where can I make edits to the content HTML wise? Such as logo, background. What file is it?

logo is changed in the admin settings
background is changed in the stylesheet

How do I get to this admin settings? Is this a php file? I am in need of updating content, logo and etc. What files and how do I get to those files to make changes?
