Firstname Lastname Address choice order

The order in which they appear is the firstname and lastname in any place.
The order in which they appear is the address1 and address2 and city and postalcode and country and state in any place.

I'm Japanese.
In Japan, referred to in the order last name, name of habitually. and country postalcode state city address1 address2

There is no choice but to fix the Contoroller.

How can so that you can change the order in the Setting?

Based on regional settings, the main goal in this case wouldn't be to re-order the fields priority but rather to output the results from the customer account and on the email invoice. However, take note that the payment gateway / offline payment processing does not re-order the fields either when customers either has to fill the form or when seeing the conformed order invoice.
