I installed OpenCart 1.3.0 and the french language pack, and started entering products in both languages. On the frontpage, I do get the "recent products" while browsing in both languages, but when switching to french, the link to the product details end up with the "Product not found" message. Moreover, while in french, the categories do not have the products in them.
Anyone has an idea of the problem? Is there a simple coding modification to do or should I uninstall ver1.3.0 and try out 1.2.9?
Thank you very much !

Yes. Info has been entered and translated in both language fields. Information about the product is showing in welcome page in both languages (recent products), but only in english can I see the product's details. If I can't get any other cue about this, I'll sure try the version 1.3.2 and see if the problem persists. Thanks.

Thanks for your answers guys. I've installed two more languages to see whether they would work (I could then have copied them in a "french" folder (admin and catalog) and replaced the sentences. But nope. I got the same "product not found" message in swedish and portugese. And yes, I've put product info and categories in all languages. I could try installing other languages, but I have a feeling I'll get the same result and I don't think all these language files are faulty. So my best guess now is to try a more recent version of OpenCart (1.3.2), unless you have another idea to submit? Anyone? Could this error have anything to do with the config of my host server (SQL or else)?

*UPDATE* - I did an interesting experiment: I copied the original english language directories and renamed them "burp", installing the burp language and puting product info in the burp language sections. Well, when switching to the burp language, guess what? I got "product not found". So basically, the problem isn't about language files, but about multiple language support itself. Something is getting in the way when I call for product info in another language - whatever the language. Maybe that will ring a bell for the wizards here?

Problem solved. Daniel, you can slap me on the hand - you were right: stock statuses for other languages in admin/configuration/localisation were blank. I filled them and now all works fine. Gee, I didn't feel that stupid in quite a while. Sorry guys for the trouble.
