having issues with the banners

I'm having issues with the banners, here's whats going on: I create a banner with 3 or 4 images, then i use it as a slideshow, the pictures/images are perfect, size, position, everything, however the issue I'm dealing with is that the images are not coming out in the same order i want them. Every time i open the banner to edit it i see the images in a different order, if i save the banner and reopen it to edit again the images will shuffle over and over. How can i fix this. Help please!

What version of OC are you using? Are you setting the sort order?

are you talking about your images getting out of order in the admin panel or on your actual customer facing website? There should be a field in the admin panel that says Sort Order when adding banner images. If you put in the data there it should sort your images in the correct order on your customer facing website.

I can't find that, where is it exactly?

OK, my bad, there isn't a sort order like I thought. To add banners you would go to System --> Design --> Banners, insert a new banner and then add the banner images and links there. I thought there was a sort order field but theres not.
