Email cart contents to store owner for shipping quote?

I'm using OpenCart 1.5.1.3.

I've set up my Geozones and configured the Royal Mail shipping extension with all of Royal Mail's prices. As per Royal Mail's pricing, the maximum weight for international shipping is 2kg. If someone adds more than 2kg of products to their order for delivery outside the UK, OpenCart correctly displays the message:

"Warning: No Shipping options are available. Please contact us for assistance!"

...where 'contact us' links to the site's contact form. I'm going to change the text in the warning to be more specific, something like:

"The total weight of your order exceeds 2kg - please contact us for a shipping quote."

...which is better, but still not ideal, as it requires the customer to remember everything they want to order and type all the items into the contact form.

Is there any extension that will 'grab' the contents of their cart, ask for the customer's address & contact details, and send all this data in an email to me? This would be a much easier for the customer, and ensure I get all the required info to respond to them.

Obviously I would only want this option to display when the 'No Shipping options are available' situation is triggered, i.e. non-UK orders over 2kg, which of course I already control via the Royal Mail shipping extension.

We are also interested in this. Happy to charge $1 per device shipping in the US, but we do humanitarian hearing work and at times ship internationally. Would like to let US transactions complete but international transactions to get a message and we can calculate based on their cart

I too am looking for a solution that will collect all the customer info and cart contents and email it to the store owner for a quote.
