error in including new shipping method

Hi,

I just set up one site using v 1.3.2. I have enabled only the Weight Based Shipping Method, shipping rates = .5:7.00,1:15.00, UK Shipping Status and VAT Zone Status = disabled. Status = enabled, sort order = 1.

Unfortunately when I try to test the shopping cart, no shipping method has shown up. Can anyone please help me? Thanks a million!

Verify that geozones for the UK shipping encompasses your customer zone
Also verify that your cart total doesn't exceed your max range of 15kg.
Be sure that you always set a super high ceiling like 999999:100
