Diacritics Problem

Hello,

I am having a problem with diacritics. Using the newest version of opencart. I have translated the English language file to Slovak language file. Now I got both but in the Slovak language, there is problem with the diacritics.
Encoding was in ANSI and I converted it to UTF-8 and also tried to Windows 1250. But, it didn't help. The text shows this way, e.g.:

" spolupr�ce je pon�kan� z�ujemcom zadarmo. Program umo??uje registrovan�m ?lenom zar�ba? prov�zie pomocou vkladania linky alebo liniek, ktor�"

Could you please advise how to fix it?

I found out where was the problem. I re-encoded all the files from "UTF-8" to "ANSI as UTF-8" and it works now.
