I would like to add a new shipping method: The user can choose during the ''checkout process'' from a list with possible delivery places. (for example: Berlin, Munich, Rome, Athen....) Each will have it's own charge. Is there an extension for these feature? Any advices? Can we also , deactivate the delivery place, which is added from the user??
