I am wondering if there is an extension currently available that will allow the customer to perhaps check a box that this purchase is a gift? Is it possible to print the invoice without pricing information if it is a gift?

I'm having some trouble with this extension (Hide Prices On Invoice) on my OpenCart v1.5.3.1
It is located on step #4 in the check-out.
It causes a little error pop-up window that says "The page at http://www.mysite.com says: error"
I looked into the error logs in administration and this is what it says there:
Check-out works if I uninstall the script but I don't want to as it is very useful for my products because a lot are purchased as gifts. I want to fix it. Do you think it could be conflicting with another extension?
