Can I do this with OpenCart?

Hi,
I want to set up a wholesale webshop for my resellers of my different brands of footwear.
I would like a product card where I can key in the requested qty. of each size I want to order, and then submit the whole order for that item with the click of one "Buy" button.
Also when I view the cart I would like to view the cart based on ordered sizes per ordered item in one line.

I would also like to add another button "Pre order" which creates a pre order basket for items that can only be pre ordered (i.e. Spring/Summer and Autumn/Winter collections). (Would work similar to wish list).

Can I do this with OpenCart or has anybody created modules for doing so?
