Updating Product Total

Hi, i wouldn't mind swapping my current CMS to this one, the problem i have is that i need the product price to update when different options are selected.

For example if one colour is £5 and the other is £8, is it possible to get the price shown for the item to change automatically. That way the customer can see an updated price of the product as they select their options.
