(v1.2.9) Bug with Coupon and free shipping

I've noticed an odd issue if you use a coupon and have shipping set to free. If in the coupon you select "Yes" to free shipping, it spits out a few errors when you submit the coupon on the order form. This is what I get:

Notice: Undefined index: shipping_method in /catalog/model/total/coupon.php on line 53

Notice: Undefined index: shipping_method in /catalog/model/total/coupon.php on line 57

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /catalog/model/total/coupon.php:53) in /system/library/response.php on line 65

Setting free shipping on the coupon options stops this from happening, took me a while to figure out what it was!

I'm presuming from this that there is no error detection for the fact free shipping is an option and to overlook it .... just my thoughts though.

I have an exactly similar problem, thank you for posting the problem first..

2. even when I enable free shipping, its still does not, work I will keep on working on it

NB: Strangely I had tested the coupon module and it had totally refused to work before, not its working... without any intervention, that is very strange.
