Localy whenever I add a folder under inetpub/wwwroot in also is added in IIS so all I do is browse to my site, localhost/opencart for example. What are the specifics I should look for or change in IIS?
Also, I have tried re-uploading and re-installing multiple time and both config.php files are always blank and have nothing in them. This can't be right?
