That loud beep for your online chat makes me not want to help you to be honest :)

... but ...

Some sort of change you have made (or possibly) that payment gateway you have installed is not compatible ... have you tried disabling it ?

Basically there is no request happening to receive the page, something has gone wrong...

Any extensions you have that are modifying the checkout sequence .. get rid of them and see if it fixes the problem

Oooops! sorry about that annoying loud chat alert, have decreased the volume now. Apologies.

I have tried with bank transfer, paypal & another gateway still no luck. I recently got this open cart & theme. Just few days ago I tested with paypal which is the only payment method I will be using, it worked find when I tested few days ago.

Apart from Zopim live chat no other extensions were installed that would have made any issues.

Any other suggestions???

Paypal was working after you installed the theme ?

Yes I tested once and it took me to paypal page after I clicked on confirm order.

There is another thing, if I change the country in checkout steps the state/regions does not change as per country selected.
