3 Questions - Account links & Shopping Cart

Hello,

i have 3 questions;

Question 1:

Where can i remove these 3 links (spotted on screenshot with arrows) i have been trying to search in the tpl files but can't find it.
Question 2:

Where can i remove this line (spotted on screenshot with arrows) i have been trying to search in the tpl files but can't find it.
Question 3:

Almost same question as above nr.2, Where can i remove these 2 lines (spotted on screenshot with arrows) from the shopping cart popup?

thanks for the reply.

Question 1is solved.

Question 2 still looking for it where to remove the shipping mode text line.

Question 3 when i edit the tpl file then it removes all 3 lines of text which i dont want, i just want to remove the sub total and shipping text.
