I have a similar problem with the default theme and 1.5.6.4.

If I use the http://www.sensualelegance.com/index.ph ... nt/voucher the page comes up
but if I use my seo-url http://www.sensualelegance.com/gift-cards which IS properly set up, I get page not found

Had this problem with 1.5.2 as well and had to use the full index.php? link in my footer link which I'm doing again right now, but really would love to know if there is a fix for this. All my other account/x seo urls are working correctly - this is the only one that doesn't and makes no sense to me why.

Running Opencart v3.0.3.9 with multi-stores and the default template from https://www.labeshops.com which has links to all my stores.

it depends how you had implemented your SEO URLs for those pages. If you have added into database, do ensure that /gift-cards does not exists. Else, you can have a look at how we implemented it in another way with our Clean SEO URL extension, such that it does not alter the database and automatically converts all website.com/index.php?route=xxx/yyy to website.com/xxx/yyy
