View ip in admin panel

Hi, is there an extension where i can see where a customer is visiting from, in an admin panel and not the front end
I have the following extensions:
1.-whosonline
2.-revolvermaps
3.-amungs
but none of those allow me to see where customer is from, this is because i have live help chat and sometimes competition visits us frequently and trying to cause problem, reporting false errors, that way when is from a specific city then i know to watch out.
