I have a single manufacturer which I drop ship from. They use UPS and USPS for their shipping. What would be the best way to handle this?

How do I set up a single drop shipper?
How do I collect on the shipping cost?

It depend if the shipment is done from him or from you and if the price is changing in different way about where products are shipped.
Here a drop ship module:

I use my regular shipping rates for things I drop ship. It's usually pretty close to covering the dropshippers shipping charges as they get good size discounts from fedex & ups due to volume. Sometimes I lose a little bit of profit for one order that was more than I charged, but it equals out over several orders I may have charged more than they did. I use ship by weight, so if I find I'm always loosing money on an item, I'll just increase the weight of it so the shipping is raised a bit. Easy.

Running Opencart v3.0.3.9 with multi-stores and the default template from https://www.labeshops.com which has links to all my stores.
