VQMOD ERROR

My site was working fine yesterday, and when I loaded it today I'm getting the same error:

Warning: file_put_contents() [function.file-put-contents]: Only 0 of 3462 bytes written, possibly out of free disk space in ...../vqmod.php on line 95

Fatal error: Class 'Registry' not found in ...../index.php on line 31


I deleted any unnecessary large files from the server so have ample storage (about 8GB free)...


Any ideas??
